§ Mr. HillTwenty-seven local authorities, either individually or in groups, have, in their provisional Local Transport Plans, expressed interest in making use of the proposed road user charging or workplace parking levy powers. My noble Friend the Minister for Transport has written to them asking for confirmation of their interest. Following receipt of confirmation, we expect to announce their names next month.
