§ Mr. HillWe have announced that we are minded to transfer the main functions of Railtrack's Safety and Standards Directorate out of Railtrack. My Department is currently considering where the best home or homes for those functions are. If legislation is necessary to secure such a transfer we are prepared to introduce proposals in the Transport Bill.
