§ Mr. Ingram[holding answer 8 November 1999]: As I said in my original answer, the offences were all committed in Northern Ireland. They did not involve the use of violence for political ends, including any use of violence for the purpose of putting the public or any section of the public in fear, and so I do not consider them to be terrorist related.
