§ Mr. RaynsfordSERPLAN submitted its Draft Regional Planning Guidance in December 1998. This was subject to a public Examination in Summer 1999. The Panel Report recommends an Area of Plan Led Expansion in the Crawley-Gatwick area. The Panel's Report, and all representations on the Draft RPG, are being considered with a view to full public consultation on the Secretary of State's proposed changes to the Draft RPG early in the New Year.
