§ Mr. Andrew SmithA claimant in receipt of Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA) who has caring responsibilities is required to be able to take up employment within 48 hours. For JSA purposes, caring responsibilities include caring for a child who is either a close relative of the jobseeker or who is living in the same household as the jobseeker.
