§ Mr. MeacherThe EU submitted a first proposal on the modalities and procedures for the clean development mechanism to the Secretariat of the UN framework Convention on Climate Change on 2 March. This served as an input to the UNFCCC technical workshop on the 305W Kyoto mechanisms which took place in Bonn 9–15 April. I have placed a copy of the submission in the House Library.
