§ Ms Glenda JacksonGoods vehicles with a maximum laden weight exceeding 7.5 tonnes are banned from the outside lane of motorways with three or more lanes. We believe a ban by weight is the appropriate measure and have no plans to amend the regulations to apply height restrictions.
