Further to the Written Answer by Lord Falconer of Thoroton on 17 February (WA 82), whether they will make available to all Members of the House of Commons and the House of Lords all those papers and details of the proceedings of Cabinet committees which the Liberal Democrat members are free to disclose to fellow party members in either House.
