§ Mr. Andrew SmithCopies of the UK Employment Action Plan, which sets out the Government's policies for implementing the 1999 Employment Guidelines agreed at the European Council held in Vienna in December 1998, have been placed in the Library. The Plan contains the latest information on policies for employment, encouraging entrepreneurship and labour market adaptability, lifelong learning and equal opportunities.
