§ Mr. HoonThe UK is concerned that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is not receiving full co-operation from North Korea. We frequently make clear our views to North Korea, most recently in statements together with our EU partners at the June IAEA Board of Governors and the May Preparatory Committee for the 2000 Review Conference of the Non-Proliferation Treaty. We will continue to do so.
