To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on the steps his Department is taking to ensure the free movement of British EU citizens within the states of the EU. [90133]

Free Movement rights for EU citizens are enshrined within the Treaties. The Government attach importance to ensuring that these rights are upheld.
