§ Ms QuinFor reasons of personal confidentiality, the Commission does not publish information about the secondary employment of officials below the level of Commissioner. As my answer of 21 June made clear, it does, however, have a system in place designed to prevent60W officials taking outside work which could impair their independence or be detrimental to the work of the Communities. The Government agree that any such secondary employment should be forbidden.
