§ Mr. SpellarMOD currently has a stock of 64 Service Families Quarters at South Wigston which are owned by Annington Homes Ltd. (AHL) and underleased from them by the Defence Housing Executive (DHE). DHE plans to release 34 of these properties back to AHL in December 1999. It will then be for AHL to decide the future of these properties. An estate of 30 properties for use by Service families will remain. Of these seven properties are currently unoccupied, although three will shortly be occupied by Service families.
