§ Mr. BattleA comprehensive review by UKAEA of the options for handling PFR and other fuels awaiting treatment at Dounreay is nearing completion. I await UKAEA's formal proposals which will be subject to full and careful scrutiny in due course. I also intend to consult relevant Government advisory bodies and allow sufficient time to give proper consideration to the issues before making a decision. In accordance with the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information, the relevant facts and analysis of the facts important in framing the Government's decision on this issue will be published when we announce our decision.
