§ Mr. IngramThe following Fixed Penalty notices and Endorsable Fixed Penalty notices, in respect of speed detection, were issued by the Royal Ulster Constabulary during the last 5 years:

Therefore the first full year for which information is available is 1998. Up to 30 September 1997 speeding offences attracted a £20 fine and no penalty points. From 1 October 1997 they attracted a £40 fine and 3 penalty points.
