§ Mr. IngramThe table shows the number of casualties as a result of paramilitary-style attacks during the period 1 May to 31 December 1998. Charges are made on the basis of specific offences, for example, Common assault, Grievous bodily harm and Actual bodily harm. Those which are deemed to be paramilitary-style attacks are not recorded separately and it is therefore not possible to provide information on the number of persons made amenable for these attacks.
