§ Ms Glenda JacksonNo specific representations have been received on the condition of the rolling stock operated by Connex services to Portsmouth, although general complaints about performance may have included reference to dissatisfaction with the condition of trains. The Health and Safety Executive has published draft60W regulations for consultation which would require the replacement or modification of mark 1 rolling stock by 1 January 2003 and, if modified, the stock to be rebodied or replaced by 2007. We are currently considering these proposals.
