§ Mr. HoonIn accordance with paragraph 79 of the Ministerial Code, hon. Members are informed in advance about planned visits to their constituencies by myself and my Ministerial colleagues. Records relating to such visits are not held on a constituency basis, and could be constructed only at disproportionate cost.
