§ Mr. McLeishThe table shows local authority outturn figures and estimates for 1995–96 to 1998–99 for current expenditure on the various services (excluding loan and leasing charges). Local authority plans for the period covered by the CSR are not known yet and the table shows Government estimates of Grant Aided Expenditure for these years; all figures are at constant prices.
From 1 July 1999, this will be a matter for the Scottish Parliament.
