§ Mr. MacdonaldThe Reporter expects to complete her report and recommendation for submission to my right hon. Friend by the end of March. Once the report has been received, every effort will be made to announce an early decision.
The Reporter has, since her retirement in December 1996, received fees and expenses of some £51,000 in respect of her continuing work on the Lingerbay report.
