§ Mr. KilfoyleThe Government remain committed to keeping the number of NDPBs to an absolute minimum. Many NDPBs have already been abolished and many more have been targeted for abolition in the near future. All NDPBs which remain are subject to a rolling programme of quinquennial reviews to ensure that the downward pressure on numbers continues.
