§ Mr. KilfoyleThe White Paper on Modernising Government will describe the Government's agenda for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, and is to be published in the spring. It will build on our current initiatives which focus on promoting partnerships between the public and private sector, investing in new collaborative initiatives, benchmarking, setting and measuring performance standards, and special organisation reviews.
