Her Majesty the Queen has been pleased to approve the following list of members of the Royal Commission on the Reform of the House of Lords:

  3. The Right Honourable Lord Hurd of Westwell CH CBE
  4. Lord Butler of Brockwell GCB CVO
  5. Right Reverend Richard Harries, Lord Bishop of Oxford
  6. Sir Michael Wheeler-Booth
  7. Sir Kenneth Munro
  8. Professor Anthony King
  9. Ms Ann Beynon
  10. Bill Morris
  11. Professor Dawn Oliver

As announced on 20 January, the Right Honourable Lord Wakeham DL PC JP FCA is to he the Chairman of the Royal Commission.
