§ Ms QuinIn line with Council of Europe procedure, the UK, along with other members of the Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers, has invited Turkey to inform the Committee of the measures it proposes to take in consequence of the judgment, given its obligation under Article 53 of the Convention to abide by the Court's judgment.
