§ Mr. DewarIt is not possible to provide at this time a list of each liability, undertaking and contract with a value over £1 million which will transfer to Scottish Ministers. The items to transfer will depend on the situation pertaining at the time of transfer.
Property will be transferred by subordinate legislation under the provisions of the Scotland Bill when it receives Royal Assent. Work is underway to identify the categories of property which will transfer. It is expected that the property transfer orders will be laid before Parliament in the Spring of next year.
