Mr. Burstow

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how much his Department expects to spend in each year from 1998–99 to 2000–01 on vehicle replacements. [54981]

The Chancellor of the Exchequer expects that his Departments will spend the following amounts on vehicle replacement in the years shown:

  • 1998–1999: £5.9m
  • 1999–2000: £6.1m
  • 2000–2001: £6.2m.
