§ Ms Glenda JacksonRe-opening of this section of railway line forms part of the proposals received from the East-West Rail Consortium for a rail link from Ipswich/Norwich to Swindon. My officials, and those from the Franchising Director's office, are discussing with the Consortium the detailed business case for the project.
