§ Mr. BoatengOn 21 July 1998,Official Report, columns 914–24, the Government announced a new crime reduction programme supported by £250 million over the next three years. As part of that programme, we will be spending at least £50 million over the next three years on tackling domestic burglary in areas with a high burglary problem.
