§ Dr. Reid[holding answer 15 November 1998]: The figures for National Air Traffic Services' forecast capital expenditure over the next 10 years are as follows:

The above figures exclude spending on projects which will go forward under the Public Finance Initiative and spending to date on the New En Route Centre at Swanwick, due to become operational during the period in question.
