§ Mr. MealeThe Commission for the New Towns inherited the Teesside Development Corporation's freehold interest in Dunedin House, with a commitment to take a lease of the third floor thereof when the freehold is disposed. The Commission also inherited the Development Corporation's leasehold interest in office space at Tees house and Stephenson House.
