§ Mr. MandelsonThe White Paper on Fairness at Work did not say that responses would be made public. Some respondents may have intended their responses to be confidential and it would be wrong to disclose them without permission. However, we have already placed a list of all respondents in the Library so that hon. Members may approach them direct to ask whether they are prepared to release their responses.
