§ Mr. McFallThe Capital and recurrent allocations for the schools sector for the 1999–2000 financial year cannot be decided until the Comprehensive Spending Review is completed. At that stage the delegated recurrent budgets for schools in the controlled and maintained sectors would be a matter for the Education and Library Boards. Capital funding for major works projects will be allocated by DENI to the highest priority needs.
