Biographical details about Chairmen and Members of the Committees are published346W in their Annual Reports 'Representing Water Customers', copies of which are also in the Library and can be found on the OFWAT web site.
I understand that the Director General aims to ensure that membership of the committees is drawn from all sections of the community so that each committee has members with a wide range of expertise and backgrounds, including knowledge of the difficulties facing customers with special needs and those from different ethnic groups.
