§ Mr. KirkwoodThe House of Commons Commission has decided to set up a review of the present system of management of the House and its facilities.
It has appointed Mr. Michael Braithwaite, a management consultant, who will be supported by a team of officials to review
the system of management and decision-making responsibilities for services to the House which was set up following the inquiry in 1990 by Sir Robin Ibbs".Members and staff will be consulted in the course of the review.
The Commission will, in due course, put the findings of the review before the House.
