To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will list those health care establishments and services that are not covered by a regulation and inspection regime(a) currently and (b) under proposals made by his Department. [58775]

Statistics on unregistered health care establishments are not collected centrally. Currently, independent sector hospitals, clinics and nursing homes are required to be registered under the Registered Homes Act 1984.
