Mr. Jon Owen JonesThe Environment Agency has kept me and my right hon. Friend informed of the effects of the very heavy rainfall on flooding in Wales. I have great sympathy for those who have been adversely affected by the flooding, but I am not aware of circumstances that would warrant an independent inquiry.
