§ Mr. IngramThe most recent initiative by the Industrial Development Board for Northern Ireland to encourage inward investment in South Down is the development of the industrial site at Belfast Road, Downpatrick, the first phase of which has been completed. The opportunity presented by this development and other locations in South Down is brought to the attention of appropriate investors during their visits to Northern Ireland, for example through the IDB's recent roadshow in North America.
