§ Dr. HowellsWhen parliamentary time permits it is intended to introduce legislation to extend the power given in Section 421 of the Insolvency Act 1986 to enable the revision of the Administration of Insolvent Estates of Deceased Persons Order 1996 as well as provisions touching on the liquidation of companies and the disqualification of directors. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State is developing proposals for a review of the scope for further change. The terms of this review will be announced in the Competitiveness White Paper.
