§ Ms QuinFollowing the very helpful report published last year by Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Prisons, a new Directorate of Regimes has been established with an Assistant Director who has direct responsibility for women in prison. Within that framework, the needs of women prisoners are being re-examined, with particular attention to the development of constructive regimes and programmes to address offending behaviour.
