§ Mr. Geoffrey RobinsonFrom 1987 to 1992, the Treasury approved two offers of Regional Selective Assistance for inward investment into an intermediate status area where the cost per job ceiling for intermediate status areas was exceeded. Approval was granted in 1991 for Heller Machine Tools (UK) Ltd for a project in the West Midlands, and in 1989 for Koya Bearings (Europe) Ltd for a project in Yorkshire and Humberside.
