It covers the number of courses of treatment in the General Dental Service scheduled for payment in 1997 which include claims for extractions or general anaesthetic work. It is for children under 18; separate information for422W children under 10 is not available. Some of the general anaesthetic work may have been associated with treatments other than extractions.
