§ Mr. Andrew SmithA central function of RDAs will be to involve partners in developing and implementing Regional Skills Strategies. The Government will be giving guidance to RDAs and Government Offices to help ensure that the training available through TECs and Further and Higher Education Colleges meets regional needs and national objectives.
