§ Dawn PrimaroloOrganisations with both travel and insurance interests, the most typical examples being travel agents, will usually be paying the higher rate of insurance premium tax. However, travel agents often offer free insurance to assist their marketing of holidays, and in such cases they benefit from the standard rate of IPT on premiums paid to their insurance companies.
