§ Mr. Tony LloydThe UN Security Council, in the course of discharging its responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security, frequently recalls and reaffirms its earlier resolutions where these continue to be relevant.
The General Assembly also reaffirms its earlier Resolutions as appropriate.
