Friend the Foreign Secretary called on FRY President Milosevic and FRY Foreign Minister Jovanovic in Belgrade on 5 March to express the EU' s grave concern 55W at the situation in Kosovo and at reports my right hon. Friend received that day of further repressive violence by the Serb military police.
