To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many social workers are employed in each of the London prisons. [30571]

None. However, probation officers employed by the London prisons will normally hold social work qualifications. A total of seven senior probation officers and 41.5 probation officers are currently employed in the seven London prisons.
