§ Marjorie MowlamI had the honour of addressing a special plenary session of the European Parliament which had been called to debate a resolution welcoming the Belfast Agreement. I took the opportunity to thank the Members for the positive contribution which the EU has made towards creating the climate necessary for the Agreement.
