To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what estimate he has made of (x) the current traffic flows and (y) the (i) high and (ii) low predictions of traffic flow on the M4 from(a) Newhouse to Magor, (b) Magor to Coldra, (c) Coldra to Caerleon, (d) Malpas to Tredegar Park, (e) Tredegar Park to Castleton and (f) Castleton to Coryton in (1) 2000, (2) 2005, (3) 2010, (4) 2015 and (5) 2020.
