To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Gravesham (Mr. Pond) of 8 June 1998,Official Report, column 420, on the final cap for Derbyshire County Council, what estimate he has made of the cost for each property in the county to be re-billed. The amounts are(a) £2.87, (b) £3.35, (c) £3.83, (d) £5.27, (e) £6.23, (f) £7.18 and (g) £8.62. These figures are for a two person household (i.e. a dwelling which does not attract any discount), and the amounts of the reduction given may be a penny different in practice, owing to rounding.
