§ Mr. FoulkesAlthough Niger does not have close links with Britain, we provide support through our commitments to multilateral institutions, particularly the EC, the UN and the World Bank which provide significant levels of assistance to Niger. The EC, the World Health Organisation and UNICEF all have health programmes in Niger.
